Boone & Co was born from a vision rooted in family, experience, and a deep passion for building something meaningful. After a decade of working in various roles across the construction industry, Hunter knew it was time to take everything he had learned and create something of his own - a company built on integrity, craftsmanship, and community. Together with his mother, Sara, who brings decades of business management expertise, he set out to build more than just homes - he set out to build a legacy.
At the heart of Boone & Co are Hunter’s wife, Susannah, and their son, Wesley Boone. Wesley’s name is more than just the inspiration behind the company - it represents the next generation, the company's legacy, and the values that define everything they do. Though Susannah and Wesley may not be on the job site, their presence is felt in every decision made at Boone & Co, reminding everyone of the importance of family, warmth, and creating spaces where people can truly feel at home.
Hunter and Susannah grew up in Michigan, later moving to Colorado before feeling called to return home and start Boone & Co. Their faith in God has guided them through every step of the journey, and it remains the foundation of their business. Hunter believes in leading with humility, serving others, and creating a workplace where every member of the team feels valued, supported, and appreciated. That same dedication extends to Boone & Co’s clients, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and confident that their vision is in good hands. For Hunter, this company is more than a business - it’s a reflection of his lifelong dream, his faith, and his commitment to serving others.

With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Hunter has worked on a diverse range of projects, from affordable housing in Michigan to custom luxury homes in the Rocky Mountains, as well as apartment buildings, townhomes, and commercial construction. Having gained hands-on experience and led large teams at several companies, Hunter now channels everything he’s learned into leading Boone & Co.
As a dedicated husband and father, Hunter's strong family values shape the company’s culture, guiding every decision with integrity, respect, and a commitment to delivering results that clients can trust. His focus is on building a company that values collaboration, dependability, and excellence, making Boone & Co a place where both clients and team members feel valued and supported.
Sara | Director of Operations
Sara brings extensive experience in business operations and growth, having successfully overseen large-scale retail construction projects while continuing to run daily operations. She thrives on helping businesses expand and evolve, ensuring efficiency at every level.

Will | Director of Construction
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Will brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. Having worked in nearly every aspect of construction - from framing and concrete to siding, roofing, drywall, and trim carpentry - Will has done it all. His extensive background as a project superintendent and manager ensures that every detail is handled with thoughtful planning and expert execution.
Will’s vast experience and strong work ethic make him a key part of the Boone & Co team. Whether managing large projects or lending his expertise to the smallest detail, Will’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship shines through in every home built.
